2. Complete the Form by filling in the required information

Ordering Incentives and Guidelines:
Discounts:
Order 20 or more of the same style and receive 5% off your order total.
Confirmation:
We send you an email to confirm receipt of your order.
Processing:
Your order will be processed when we receive a 40% deposit. Please calcutate 40% of the total cost of your order before shipping.
Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque or money order. Cheques and money orders payable to Tutu Gallery.
Delivery :
Our Basic and Classical tutus are ready for immediate shipping, all other styles will be shipped within a week. Please call us to confirm exact shipping date.
Shipping :
3% shipping fee is added to all orders. We use Canada Post ground service but would be happy to send your order by courier if you instruct us to do so and you wish to cover the extra expense.
Exchange policy :
You may make changes to your order within the first 2 weeks of receiving our confirmation email. Changes in sizes only please. Note that changes to your original order may effect delivery times.
